David Duffy, Vice President of Entertainment, announced during the 29 Years of Dreams broadcast that Disneyland Paris will receive a new re-opening song. Last year when the resort re-opened in July, “Make some Magic” (also known as “Sunny Bunnyland”) was played several times during the day. At the moment it is not known yet when the resort will re-open.
When @DisneylandParis reopens, guests will be welcomed back with a new song. Duffy mentioned that they "identified a new piece of music". Would #DLP get "Brand New Day" from Tokyo Disney? Or will it be used as an inspiration? – https://t.co/n9SOSWuqnW pic.twitter.com/SNMz4yq88o

During the interview we hear “Brand New Day” which was the theme song for the 35th Anniversary of Tokyo Disney Resort. Duffy mentions that they “identified a new piece of music”. Could it be that the new theme song will be “Brand New Day” from Tokyo Disney, but then recorded by Disneyland Paris Cast Members, or will the song only serve as inspiration?
